Our standard carriage cost is £2.95 for a 7 working day delivery to mainland United Kingdom addresses.
Our 2-3 working day delivery service again applies to mainland UK and costs £5.95.
(Please note that when calculating the delivery service you require, the above services do not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidys in the delivery times stated.)
Our Next Day signed for service is £7.95 and orders should be received before 1pm. This service may exclude the Scottish Highlands and Islands (we will advise you if we can provide a next day service to these areas and the cost before dispatch). We dispatch via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or our own courier, depending on the size of the order and how soon it is required.
The Next Day service does not cover deliveries required on a Saturday, please telephone 01202 420284 if you require delivery on a Saturday. Please note there is a surcharge for this service.
Overseas orders: a shipping charge is not included when you complete your order - we will calculate the delivery cost for an order to be shipped overseas and send you an additional PayPal invoice accordingly.
If you do not require your goods urgently you should use the 7 working days delivery service, or for a quicker delivery, use our 2-3 working days service which applies after the day we receive your order. Our next day service which is a signed for service guarantees delivery the next working day if you order by 1pm on the previous day. For Saturday deliveries, please phone 01202 420284 as there is a surcharge for this service.
Deliveries may be affected by seasonal demand or events outside our control, so you should plan well in advance if your party goods are required for a particular event. If the goods are required urgently, they can be dispatched via our guaranteed next day delivery service if the order is received before 1pm. This service may exclude the Scottish Highlands and Islands, we will advise you if we can provide a next day delivery service to these areas and the additional cost before dispatch.
Please let us know if goods are required by a certain date. If for any reason we cannot deliver the order in time, we will contact you and you will then have the option to cancel all or part of the order.
Responsibility will not be accepted for consequential loss or damage occasioned by errors or delay in delivery.

You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
